Social Media & Administrative Expert


Antoinette comes to Plan-it Satisfaction via the San Antonio Real Estate Market. Her vast experience includes Marketing, Event Planning, Customer Service, Process development and Business Operations. She has had her Texas Real Estate License since 2010, owns and operates Concierge Moms and has extensive experience in fundraising.


Antoinette is a San Antonio native, only leaving the area for extended periods for college at Texas Woman's University where she majored in Physical Therapy and job promotions in Houston. She is well traveled, loves the outdoors and her family...not in that order, of course. One of her passions is volunteering at one or more of her school-aged daughters' activities.

A certified meeting professional (CMP) plans and organizes meetings that are 4 hours or more in length and include 10 or more people at an off site venue such as a hotel or conference center. A CMP must take a test to achieve the status of CMP and take continuing education credits to retain the designation.  To check the status of a meeting planner to see if they are a certified meeting professional, please visit the CIC website at www.conventionindustry.org.

Mary Kathryn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Finance from Auburn University.  Mary Kathryn previously worked for Apple and has extensive experience in the technology industry, customer service and business solutions.  Her background prior to working in technology was in the field of education and medical office administration.


Mary Kathryn focuses on technology, finance, marketing, CME applications, conference registrations, website management and behind the scenes work for our clients.

President and Owner of Plan-it Satisfaction.  


Monique has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism from the University of New Orleans.  Monique has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry including festival management, conferences, hotel sales, event fund raising, destination management, non profit events, grant writing and event marketing.   


Monique concentrates on client relationships, conference planning, meeting management, event fundraising, marketing and vision for our clients.
