Chloe is a marketing major at Texas State University and on the student board of directors for the American Marketing Association. She is responsible for bookkeeping, social media marketing, mobile app designs, new technology, signing sponsors to CME meetings, grant writing and marketing strategies specifically geared towards millennials.
Monique Ochoa, CMP - President & Owner
Monique has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism from the University of New Orleans. Monique has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry ranging from festival management, conferences, hotel sales, event fundraising, destination management, non-profit events, grant writing, and event marketing. Monique is a Certified Meeting Professional accredited by the Convention Industry Council, has achieved Executive Director bootcamp and Audio Visual expert certificates. Monique concentrates on client relationships, event fundraising, conference planning, meeting management, marketing and vision for our clients.
Stephen Quick- Membership Manager
Stephen is in charge of office administrative duties, membership communication, data base system management, reporting, maintenance and management of all office procedures. Stephen has extensive customer service skills and is very attentive to everyone. Some of his responsibilities include grant writing, CME applications, developing online forms for surveys, job applications, speaker applications, scholarship applications, and onsite meeting registration management.
Dane Shafer-Pratt- Marketing and Association Manager
Dane graduated from the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX with a degree in psychology and communication art. Her responsibilities include web design, email, direct mail, and digital marketing. Dane works on SEO for websites, exhibiting at other meetings to attract new potential members and manages some of our smaller association clients.
