Stephen is responsible for the office administrative duties, membership communication, member retention, recruitment and engagement, database system management, reporting and maintenance, and management of all office procedures. Monique has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism from the University of New Orleans.  Monique has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry ranging from festival management, conferences, hotel sales, event fundraising, destination management, non-profit events, grant writing, and event marketing.  Monique is a Certified Meeting Professional accredited by the Convention Industry Council.  Monique concentrates on client relationships, event fundraising, conference planning, meeting management, marketing, and vision for our clients.

Dane graduated from the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX with a degree in psychology and communication art. Her responsibilities include web design, marketing, social media, graphic design, meeting planning and management of specific associations.
