Monique Ochoa, CMP, MMP - President & Owner
As President and Owner of Plan-it Satisfaction, Monique Ochoa leverages more than three decades of industry expertise to deliver high-stakes meeting management and event strategy. Holding both CMP and MMP accreditations, Monique is a recognized leader in navigating the unique complexities of healthcare meetings, continuing medical education, and large-scale conference planning.
Monique’s leadership centers on building strategic client partnerships, driving event ROI, and ensuring flawless execution from initial vision to final delivery. Her background encompasses event marketing, destination management, hotel sales, and grant administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science from LSU New Orleans.
Stephen Quick - VP of Operations
Stephen plays a pivotal role within the organization overseeing our company's operational activities and ensuring smooth business processes. He is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Dane Pratt, MMP - VP of Sales & Marketing
Dane earned her degrees in Psychology and Communication Arts from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas, and holds a certificate as a Medical Meeting Professional. In her role, she manages multiple professional societies and oversees high-impact medical conferences. Dane focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and elevating brand recognition through targeted strategic initiatives.
Tracy Jacaman - Director of Business Development
With more than 30 years in hospitality and destination sales, Tracy brings a rare dual perspective to Plan-It Satisfaction. Her career includes 22 years at The Westin Riverwalk in San Antonio, culminating as Director of Sales and Marketing, alongside 7 years with the San Antonio Convention and Visitors Bureau. Today, she leverages that deep industry insight to build new client partnerships and align Plan-It Satisfaction’s full-service and custom planning solutions with their goals.
Lydia McAfee - Digital Event & Website Manager
Lydia graduated with a B.A. in Communications from Trinity University. She has years of experience in the digital marketing industry. Lydia oversees event registration experiences at Plan-it Satisfaction. She specializes in managing registration software, Cvent mobile app design, email marketing, and client website design to ensure a seamless attendee journey.
Tina Applin, CMP, MMP - Strategic Event Lead
Tina Applin, CMP, MMP brings over two decades of global event management expertise to the team as a Strategic Event Lead. A seasoned industry veteran, Tina has spent the last 20+ years planning and executing complex, high-stakes events across the globe. Holding both the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Medical Meeting Professional (MMP) designations, she combines top-tier strategic precision with a deep understanding of specialized industry standards. Known for her calm leadership under pressure and flawless execution, Tina serves as a trusted extension of our team to ensure seamless onsite operations and an exceptional attendee experience.
Robin Schoenfeld - Speaker Liason
Robin graduated from Texas A&M University and serves as the primary point of contact for conference speakers. Her role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities centered around speaker management and continuing medical education (CME/CE) accreditation. She ensures a seamless experience for presenters by managing contracts, coordinating travel and honorarium logistics, and overseeing the collection of vital presentation materials.
